Wolverhampton Learning Partnership is a non-statutory and voluntary organisation dedicated to supporting the learning aspirations of all young people and adults. The partnership believes that its vision of “A City of Learning Communities” will be achieved when all providers of learning, stakeholders and citizens work together for the common good. Whilst the partnership accepts the importance of diversity of provision in the city, it does assert that collaboration and co-operation across all organisations and agencies is the most efficient, effective, and democratic way of improving learning and skills levels throughout our community. The partnership, as an independent and non partisan organisation, is in the unique position of being able to represent the aspirations of all citizens through promoting a united front in the drive to make learning the true heart of the city’s regeneration.
