Following OfSTEDs inspection and Post 16 Education and Training in Wolverhampton the Learning Partnership established the 14 19 Executive Group to develop and manage the resulting Action Plan. The Group represents all partners within the City and was empowered by the Learning Partnership to monitor and review the progress of the plan and provide direction to the Plan Manager. The group has developed beyond its original remit through an evolutionary process with has involved the adoption of the 14 19 Strategy for the City and the absorption of the 14 19 Pathfinder.
